I came here once more than ten years ago. I didn't expect it to be renovated. The hardware facilities are very good, but the service is a bit behind. I don't know if it is due to lack of manpower. There are many things that have fallen out or are messy next to the food area and no one has cleaned up. I hope the service can keep up and not waste such good hardware facilities.

The afternoon tea at Renaissance Shenzhen Pangnian Hotel is the most satisfying one I have had in all these years. First of all, the service. When we went there on a weekday, there were not many people. The waitress was very enthusiastic in entertaining us, and after serving the desserts, she reminded us to pour dry ice so that we could take pictures quickly. Secondly, the taste. As the name suggests, you can gather in the clouds and watch the beautiful scenery of the whole Shenzhen. The location is movable, so you can watch the scenery without moving around.
